Gracie Conda (known professionally as GracefulHands), is a Chicago native, and a mother of four. Three years ago, She decided to pursue her passions as a Holistic Healer and she has never looked back!
Â
Gracie settled in the Bay Area in June of 2010. After making her fateful decision two years later, she earned a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the country in 2014. Â Through this training she studied many dietary theories, primary foods (lifestyle, career, spirituality, and exercise). Her dream is that everyone is given the fair chance at optimum health. After working closely with integrative practitioners on her own rehabilitation, as well as with other clients, Gracie decided to take that next step in her journey.
Â
Gracie attended The National Holistic Institute, the first nationally accredited massage school in California. As a CMT her concentration now is in the clinical aspects of massage, focusing on the realignment and rehabilitation of the body. She is continuing her education in the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program. Gracie incorporates both eastern and western techniques, such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue, swedish, and shiatsu massage, to customize the therapy to her clients needs. She has worked with acupuncturists and chiropractors alike at several clinics.
